About
April Wang
April is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and clinical supervisor specializing in men’s mental health. She helps men who appear “high-functioning” but struggle with high-functioning depression, anxiety, career burnout, relationship stress, identity concerns, anger, or difficulty expressing emotions.
She also works with international professionals and students facing homesickness, cultural adjustment, visa-related stress, and cross-cultural relationships, and with first- and second-generation Asian Americans navigating family expectations, intergenerational conflict, and balancing cultural values with personal needs—all without pathologizing what’s normal in their cultural context.
